Hi, this is Geoff! A detail-driven problem solver fueled by endless curiosity. I spend my time exploring technology, not just to understand how it works, but to make it work meaningfully.

Most of what I write about sits at the intersection of how systems talk to each other and how those conversations can go wrong. I am interested in how services are built, how they connect, and what happens when you look closely at the seams between them. Some of that ends up as something useful. Some of it ends up here.

Whether I am pulling something apart to understand it, putting something together to make it work, or probing it to find where it breaks, the thread running through all of it is the same: what is actually happening, and what can be done with that?
